I was never told I was gaining too much and Izzy seems to be growing just fine too. I think with some women the weight goes on faster at first then it gradually slows down for others they don't gain or lose weight to then add it on at the end. I am sure you are doing fine!

Justine -thanks.. guess what I am having today!! :)

Crossed Fingers - beanwise I make a dish with beans, carrots, celery and tomatoes. You can also have a baked potato and add beans on top. Just be creative and see what you fancy eating. I found this article on hummus and other vegetarian combinations rich in proteins: http://nutrition.about.com/od/askyournutritionist/f/hummus.htm?nl=1 I hope it helps!Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06372510531044243177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7559442300544784869.post-58619786888060127592010-08-24T07:05:14.275+04:002010-08-24T07:05:14.275+04:00You look awesome! I like hummus as well so maybe I'll start trying to use that more often?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7559442300544784869.post-59125585708247886932010-08-23T17:38:13.029+04:002010-08-23T17:38:13.029+04:00You look beautiful!! I'm putting on so much weight I'm quite ashamed, but what can i do? Hopefully starting yoga in a few weeks will help.
Lots of love, FranFranhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05717020378275616297noreply@blogger.com
